This pipe bears Teddy's Eagle stamp. The pipe is made from Corsican briar that Teddy hand picked and imported himself. Only an artisan with Teddy's skill could have found this magnificent pipe hiding in what must have been a perfect block of briar. I find this pipe to have an almost magical quality. It draws you in for a closer look then you become lost in and captivated by it's beauty. The flawless grain flows perfectly with the shape of the pipe. Each ray of straight grain and each speck of bird's eye seems to belong exactly where it is and is total harmony with the rest. If I seem a bit taken by this pipe ... well ... I am and so is Teddy as he poses with the pipe in front of the "Great Wall of Tobacco". The stem, which Teddy hand cut from a solid rod of ebonite, is an equally impressive work of art. The fit and finish of the stem is absolute perfection. This masterpiece weighs 2 3/4 ounces.
